General Meeting of Shareholders

We send the notice and the voting rights exercise form for our AGM to our shareholders listed or recorded in the final register of shareholders as of the due date of our AGM (December 31 of each year). Your voting rights can be exercised in one of the following three ways:
(1) Bring your voting rights exercise form to our general meeting of shareholders
(2) Send your voting rights exercise form by mail
(3) Use QR code or the voting code and passwords contained in your voting rights exercise form to register your approval or disapproval of each proposal on the Internet.

*In the event it is necessary to separately set a due date at our extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, our public notice shall be given in advance.
